Thank you for shopping with Catch Bliss Boutique. We hope you love your merchandise, but if not please see our returns process below. 

Please look over your item(s) upon delivery. If you have a defective or incorrect merchandise we must be notified within 3 days of delivery. Please don't ask for an exception as we treat all of our customers the same. We appreciate you respecting our policy. 

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

SALE ITEMS (Anything 40% off or more), SEAMLESS BODYWEAR, JEWELRY, SOCKS, SCARVES, HATS, BELTS and GIFT CERTIFICATES are FINAL SALE items.

All items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with the original tags attached. If there is any indication of wear the item(s) will be returned to you.

RETURN PROCESS:

Make sure that your item(s) meet the above criteria.

Please include your packaging slip in the return.

You will be responsible for the return shipping charge. Please pick your choice of return carrier, however, we aren’t liable for untracked returns. We highly suggest tracking your package.

Once your package is received on our end, please allow 10-15 business days for processing. You will be notified via email of the status. We don’t refund shipping charges.

PROCESSING:

Item(s) that are eligible for return may be returned for a STORE CREDIT within 30 days of the date the order was placed. We offer STORE CREDIT. NO EXCEPTIONS.

If we receive the return past the 30 day limit or the return does not fall within our return guidelines, the item(s) will be sent back to you and standard shipping charges will be applied.

After your THIRD return, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee that will be deducted from your store credit balance. 

ALL store credit will expire ONE year from the date issued. 

EXCHANGE PROCESS:

We are unable to process exchanges. We suggest ordering the item(s) you are wanting and returning the unwanted item(s) for store credit.
